In an interview, Akash told that it was not an easy task for him to lose so much weight. Because sometimes he found it difficult to walk due to his weight.

Weight training showed difference in 6 months

In an interview, Akash told that he did not want to do any such character, in which he had to become a close friend of the hero. To get out of this stereotype, he decided to lose weight. Akash’s coach told that initially it was impossible for Akash to do pull-ups, push-ups. Then had to try the old methods of body-building. Akash’s coach advised him for weight training. Within 6 months the difference was visible.

To lose weight, Akash made a complete distance from junk food. Used to eat only home food. With the combination of diet and workout, Akash’s weight started reducing gradually. For weight loss, Akash works out for about 1 hour every day. He has kept body building, strength training, cardio in the workout. To maintain weight, Akash avoids fried food, chili-spices and sugar from outside.
