single leg deadlift
To do this exercise, stand with your feet apart. Now the right foot should be a few inches in front of your left foot and the left knee should be slightly bent. Now draw in your abs and slowly bend forward. Keeping your left foot in line with your spine while moving with both your hands towards the floor. Repeat this process at least 10 times from your back.
sumo squat
This exercise is considered to be the best to toned Thais. To do this exercise, keep the feet away. Start with your toes pointing outwards and your knees above your ankles. Tighten your abs, pull your knees back as far as you can and lower your hips towards the ground. Controlling your heels, lift them off the ground, hold them and slowly lower your heels.
single leg glute bridge
To do this exercise, lie down on your knees and keep your feet close to your butt on the ground. Now keep your knees in line and stretch one leg. While exhaling, engage your glutes and push and hold your hips up as far as possible. Lower your hips until it is just above the ground and repeat without touching the ground.
