Shardiya Navratri 2024: Shardiya Navratri is a festival that lasts for nine days. During which devotees from across India and the world worship Goddess Durga and her nine divine forms. Although people celebrate this auspicious festival in several ways, fasting is one of the most commonly observed rituals during these nine days.
Generally, fasting means abstinence from food and drink. This may be for your health or for religious or moral purposes. But whatever the reason for your fast. Heartburn or retrosternal burning sensation
