Some days ago, arnold his son Joseph appeared in Bradley Martyn’s video. Martyn is a fitness influencer who makes fitness related videos. Meanwhile, in the video, Baena explains how his rejection of the university sports team made him addicted to the gym.
Baena said he was a fat boy who struggled a lot with his normal activities. The said, “I was the chubby kid on my team. It was until I joined swimming my sophomore year, and I only joined swimming because I wasn’t on the football or basketball team. They cut me because I was too chubby.”
Bradley criticizes Baena in the video saying that he could beat Arnold in bodybuilding. However, on this Baena made a sarcastic comment, “I don’t know man. I don’t know if you would beat Lou [Ferrigno] Looks like Ronnie Coleman met Frank Zane.
Bradley asked Baena if he knew of anyone who could beat Arnold. Then Baena said: “The lines are so different now. “joe added“The conditioning now is much drier. He no longer looks like a sculpture to me, he looks like a bodybuilder. I don’t know. It’s hard”.
It seems impossible to beat Arnold in bodybuilding. Also, in his documentary Pumping Iron, Arnold has shown how hard he practiced for his bodybuilding title.

Like Arnold, Joseph loves working out and has a career in acting. Meanwhile, criticizing Bradley, Baena brought up Lou Ferrigno, Ronnie Coleman and Frank Zane.

These big names in bodybuilding, Lou, Ronnie and Frank, are also considered rivals of Arnold. Lou competed with Arnold for the Mr. Olympia title, but was unable to beat him. However, as Arnold’s son added, no one can beat the greatest of all time. Arnold ended his bodybuilding career after winning his seventh Mr. Olympia title.
