“Make sure you work your arms, chest, and abs when you’re doing a pulldown,” explains Austin. He begins to stand with his feet hip-width apart and his arms extended straight up by his ears (with dumbbells in each hand!). Next, he lowers his hands to chest level as he lifts one leg toward his belly, alternating legs with each pull.

“The second exercise is a back twist, working your triceps and butt,” says Austin. He begins the movement with feet together, a slight bend in the knees, and a slight lean forward. Holding the dumbbells to his chest at a 90-degree angle, he steps back with one leg, creating a lunge, as he extends both arms back in line with his leg. Each rep alternates which leg moves back.

Bicep curl and hamstring curl
