Axtria plans to expand India operations, hire over 1,000 techies – ET HealthWorld


New Delhi: IT company axtria incwhich focuses on the life sciences industry, plans to hire more than 1,000 people in data science, software development and data engineering over the next eight months, the company said on Sunday. The company is recruiting staff for its offices in Gurugram, Bengaluru, Noida and new centers in Pune and Hyderabad, Axtria said in a statement.

“Axtria will significantly expand its workforce with more than 1,000 data scientists, software developers and data engineers at its country office locations in the next 8-10 months,” he said.

The expansion plans closely follow the growing demand for data-driven analytics solutions and the adoption of artificial intelligence technologies among life sciences companies around the world.

“Axtria is also preparing for aggressive on-campus recruiting over the next two years. By 2023, the team is already in talks with placement cells from major IITs and other top-tier engineering and management universities,” says the release.

Axtria currently has around 3,000 employees in India.
