- For the problem of bad breath, or in case of diarrhea, cardamom is chewed or just kept inside the mouth and its juice is slowly swallowed.
- Drink cardamom tea two to three times a day 1 hour before your meal and see how it helps in understanding your physical appetite, proper digestion of food and reducing the feeling of need to drink water every hour.
