A 35-year-old man named Alex Reggie, a resident of Pune, committed suicide by jumping from the Atal Setu Bridge. The entire incident was captured on CCTV. In which Reggie is seen jumping from the railing of the bridge into the sea. In the CCTV footage that surfaced, it is clearly seen that Reggie stops his car near the railing and then jumps into the sea. The police later recovered the body. When the police started investigating the whole affair, it emerged that he worked at a national bank. His wife says he committed suicide because of the workload.
How to reduce workload pressure?
