Difference between chia seeds and basil seeds:

Chia seeds are a mixture of gray, brown, white and black. They are oval in shape. Basil seeds on the other hand are jet black and round. Chia seeds can be eaten raw or soaked. Since they have no taste, they can be added to any dish. Chia seeds are commonly preferred in puddings, salads, smoothies. They need 30 minutes to absorb water. On the other hand, basil seeds cannot be eaten raw. They soak up water immediately. Since they have a slight basil flavor, they are mostly preferred in drinks. They are both healthy and nutritious. Studies have shown that eating chia seeds can be beneficial when trying to lose weight, but there are no such studies for basil seeds.
