Slimmers don’t need to spend hours and hours in the gym to see weightloss results. Wellness psychologist Ieva Kubiliute spoke exclusively with Express.es on how to lose fat fast at home with simple training.
A gym membership can be a slimming cup of tea, but not everyone wants to pay their way to a toned physique.
Ieva shared just three simple weight loss exercises that people can try at home to lose weight quickly and easily.
“In my experience, slimmers can do these simple exercises for five to 10 minutes every day to reap the weight loss benefits.”
He explained that these exercises would get “quick” results for those who tried them.

Forget the stair master – all slimmers need for the first workout is their stairs at home.
“Going up and down stairs for 10 minutes a day is a form of cardiovascular exercise that helps burn fat and calories for weight loss.”
The second daily exercise he suggested to burn fat fast was called the half jumping jack.
She described this exercise as “one of the best and easiest ways to promote weight loss and belly fat reduction.”
DO NOT MISS IT
This is definitely one for perimenopausal women to try, as this event often results in sudden weight gain around the tummy area.
Ieva explained: “To get into position, lie on your back with your arms by your sides with your feet level but bent at the knee.
“Raise your hips while grabbing your butt until your lower and upper body form a straight, sloping edge.”
This exercise can be repeated between 10 and 20 times.
Losing weight is a journey and exercise can be intimidating for those who are not used to it.
But Ieva did provide one important tip for making weight loss “less daunting.”
“I recommend that you set clear and realistic weight goals and have an effective weight loss diet plan.”
She continued, “Lose weight for health reasons, avoid any negative body issues, get enough sleep, follow your weight loss strategy, and exercise with people who motivate you to achieve your goals.”
