- Chew toasted fennel seeds after meals
- Drink mint water throughout the day and cardamom water one hour after meals.
- Prepare cumin, coriander and fennel tea three times a day before or after meals.
- Swallow half a teaspoon of carom seeds (ajwain), rock salt, and a pinch of hing with lukewarm water after meals.
Advice: Avoid drinking excess water during or after meals.
According to the Ayurvedic expert, you should not eat quickly or under pressure. Freshly prepared food that is still hot is easier to digest, and pay close attention to each sense as you eat carefully.
