Bodybuilders Nick Walker And Blessing Awodibu Hits High-Intensity Chest And Triceps Workout – Fitness Volt

Winner of the Arnold Classic 2021 nick walker and rival turned training partner Blessing of Awodibu recently went through a chest and triceps workout. walker is making profit in the gym and will most likely compete again at the 2022 Olympia towards the end of the year. On the other hand, Awodibu is taking a long break from competition to improve his physique. The schedule for his return is not confirmed yet.

Walker and Awodibu have collaborated on many training sessions and are currently training together at the Redcon1 gym. They did the heavy, high volume chest and triceps training in the usual playful manner and introduced themselves as friends-enemies than mere training partners. The workouts consisted of high rep sets and lots of drop sets to get the most out of the training session. Nick Walker uploaded the video of this training to his YouTube channel.

The duo began the training session with seated cable flies. While the intensity of the exercise was very high, it was the warm-up to get the blood flowing before delving into the chest and triceps workout.

For chest training, Walker and Awodibu started heavy with Incline Flex Leverage Press. After two initial sets, they concluded the workout with a drop set and moved on to humble After this, chest training ended with incline dumbbell flyes and turned their attention to triceps training.

As evident from Nick Walker’s previous training videos, he firmly believes that the arms respond best to moderate, high-rep weights. He did the triceps workout on the same principle. On top of that, he focused on performing most workouts to failure with moderate weights. The duo began the triceps workout with rope pushes. They then acted Flat Bench Tricep Extensions Y Incline triceps extensions. The triceps workout concluded with a regular set and a drop set of Reverse Grip Triceps Press failure.
