Jay Cutler trains differently now
Post-retirement training involves working out to keep your physique in top shape rather than building muscle, gaining weight, and expanding your horizons. It’s the same with Cutler. Anyway there’s something else. Regarding training, he said which was a feeling of relief for him. Cutler followed a strict diet and exercise regimen and maintained a lifestyle that led him to be victorious in the sport.
Furthermore, he did not resort to any extremes and followed a sustained practice. Although he doesn’t have a fixed regimen compared to the days he competed for the title, he sincerely trains every day whenever he finds time. However, he does not prefer to train too late at night.

One would find him doing a lot of squats, rows, pullovers, etc. because they are effective. Additionally, he suggests adding sets, not reps, which contributes to dense musculature. The most important thing is that he places a lot of importance on sleep, which is a time of rest and recuperation. Cutler concluded by saying, “I need to make sure I get enough sleep. That is the most important”.
