Buff Dudes Workouts, the popular YouTube channel, shared a video in 2021, where the two brothers attempted the famous Black Adam workout made popular by Dwayne Johnson. In particular, bodybuilding brothers Brandon and Hudson tried their hands at Johnson’s chest and triceps routine.

As for Brandon and Hudson, the two brothers run their popular fitness YouTube channel, where they show off different workout routines to their subscribers.

The Buff Dudes imitate Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson
In this video posted by Buff Dudes, they try to do the 20 minute crash workout created by Dwayne Johnson for his currently box office hit ‘Black Adam’; this includes giant sets of 4 exercises. The chest workout consists of 3 sets of 10 flyes each, chest press, incline press, and bodyweight dips to failure.
brandon says, “Three compound movements in a row, starting with an isolation movement for pre-exhaustion, is a very intense combination of exercises to work at all different angles.”
These workouts have been kept short, as Johnson needs to finish them quickly, considering his busy schedule. brandon says, “The Rock is a busy man, he has to make these workouts as short and as effective as possible.”
Moving forward, the routine targets the triceps. This includes 3 giant sets of 10 skull crushers, 10 cross bench dips, 10 rope extensions, and 10 single arm dumbbell french press.

Reportedly, Dwayne Johnson he always establishes a new exercise routine for each character he plays. She does it to put herself in the desired shape for the role. This practice has always worked for him in the past, so he continues to do the same. It’s no wonder that popular influencers like amateur types try to follow Johnson’s training routines.
