The world of bodybuilding is full of iconic muscle builders who never fail to impress fans. Jay Cutler is one of them. He filled his career in the sport with achievements and triumphs. By winning four Mr. Olympia titles, Cutler demonstrated his bodybuilding expertise. But again, he had to overcome many obstacles to get to the top of his career. Jay Cutler on recent bodybuilding deaths
by Jay Cutler muscle power over time is something worth noting. He reached heights that many can only imagine. Every performance of his was a golden moment for fans, given the aura he carries within himself as well as his perfectly toned physique.
Last year, many bodybuilding icons who once dominated the sport left the world behind. As a result of this, there is terror among bodybuilding fans since the number of recent deaths in this sport is remarkable. But what does Cutler say about this?
“I think people are scared at this point, they think ‘Oh my God, bodybuilding is so dangerous’.‘ I think anything in life is, nutrition and anything else, and obviously we push ourselves.” the American said in a podcast.
The additional“ME I think our biggest fear right now is that when you’re 290, 5 foot 9 or 10, you’re considered obese. Therefore, it puts a lot of strain on the heart.”
Shawn Rhoden, aka Flexatron, was the 2018 Mr. Olympia champion. He, too, lost his life to a heart attack last year. Additionally, elites like George Peterson and John Meadows also departed in 2021.
Is it okay to push the limits?

Anything in excess can have a negative impact. Likewise, one must understand and communicate with their body in this sport. Jay Cutler did the exact same thing. He retired at 40 because he knew the consequences of forcing his body to surrender.
“The truth is that when you start to push the limitations of your physique, no matter how old you are, the amount of food we eat is astronomical.”, said the bodybuilder.
