Oranges and sweet limes are widely recognized as excellent sources of vitamin C. One medium-sized orange provides 70 milligrams of vitamin C which is close to our daily requirement of vitamin C for adults — 65-90 milligrams. Sweet limes, on the other hand, have 50 milligrams of vitamin C per serving.

Kiwi: Kiwi is a storehouse of vitamin C and antioxidants and helps to stimulate immunity and prevent the risk of infection. One small kiwi provides 60 milligrams of ascorbic acid or vitamin C.

Green Chillies: Green chillies are not only a good source of vitamin C, but also a natural source of iron. Include it in your diet for best and glowing skin. There is 109 mg of vitamin C in 1 green chilli.

Strawberries: Rich in vitamin C and fibre, strawberries are considered a cholesterol-free and low-calorie food with high levels of antioxidants. One bowl of strawberries provides 98 mg of vitamin C.

Apart from these fruits, broccoli, guava, sprouts, cauliflower are also recommended as they are full of vitamin C and a great way to boost immunity.
