Instructions have been issued to the health and medical department, urban development, panchayati raj and rural development, education, medical education department, agriculture and irrigation, animal husbandry, disability empowerment department, horticulture department, and information to prepare an action plan. .

As part of the campaign, workers, including ASHA and Anganwadi workers, will go door to door to identify people suffering from tuberculosis, flu, fever, malnutrition and other influenza-like illnesses.

At the state level, nodal officers will be elected from each department.

As part of the campaign, there will be a door-to-door distribution of zinc tablets, ORS sachets and chlorine tablets to purify water taking into account cases of acute diarrhea.

To raise awareness of vector-borne diseases, the education department will organize poster contests, debates and quizzes, while the disability empowerment department will conduct a survey.

An ayushmana fortnight will be observed from September 15 to mark four years of the scheme on September 23.

The fortnight campaign aims to ensure that all eligible people get their Ayushman cards.

Chief Secretary of State Durga Shanker Mishra said the camps will be held in the villages and ASHA and Anganwadi workers will share information about the camps with eligible families.
