CAROL Vorderman is arguably in the best shape of her life and regularly surprises her fans with snaps that show off her famous curves.

Carol is also a fan of rowing and enjoys a bit of yoga on her stand up paddle board.
She has the help of a personal trainer, telling the online mail: “I keep fit, I started with a new coach, a rugby captain in Wales and we laughed a lot. Now he is pushing me harder with weights.
“It’s the weights you need as you get older because I’m pretty happy with my body weight.

Fast
Carol stays fit by incorporating intermittent fasting, which is said to help manage weight and health.
But even when she spaces out her meals, Carol still gets plenty of exercise.
