Carol ended by writing, “Life is good. I get so excited to exercise…” “Brilliant,” wrote one of the star’s followers, adding a heart emoji and heart eyes.

“You need to put out a workout video,” another suggested, while a third added, “Well done x,” and a fourth chimed in, “You look amazing.”
Carol enjoys keeping fit
The 61-year-old is known to enjoy exercising and showing off her sharp figure in the gymand marked the end of “shorts weather” on Monday by sharing a stunning photo of herself in a pair of denim shorts and a cropped sports bra taken during the summer.
“TIME SHORTS. Officially in this house…washed and put away today. Heat is missing,” he wrote next to it.
The math whiz received plenty of comments and reactions to his post, with one fan writing of his abs: “Wow, put in the work and the results are there to be seen.”
The star is known for her glamorous looks.

At the beginning of this year, Carol revealed the secret of her curvaceous butt.
On Instagram, she shared a video from her home gym, focusing on various dumbbells and barbells, captioning it, “Happy girl. Back to home weights and proper gym.”
