The Australian Idol winner broke a sweat in a pair of skimpy shorts and a tank top as she walked along the famous Bondi Beach boardwalk.

The 33-year-old paired her all-black look with a sleek pair of black sneakers.

In an interview with The daily telegraph In 2020, Casey revealed that she was focusing on healthy eating and maintaining a calorie deficit to lose weight.

“My five a day would be broccolini, asparagus, sweet potato, onion (veggies, right?) and avocado,” he said.

“My body doesn’t work well with fruit in general because of my polycystic ovary syndrome.”

“I’ve tried smoothies and I’ve tried keto, but at the end of the day you have to find something that’s sustainable for your body,” she explained.

“A calorie deficit is the best thing that has worked for my body, aside from increasing my protein.”
