Cayuga Health’s first therapy practice opens at Ithaca Mall  – The Ithaca Voice

ITHACA, NY — Cayuga Health Psychology, the organization’s first outpatient behavioral therapy service, opened earlier this month. The office is located within the organization’s current Ithaca Mall location at 40 Catherwood Drive.

A Cayuga Health statement sent Tuesday named Dr. Kaitlin Lilienthal as the practice leader.

Lilienthal was described as a “seasoned professional” with “expertise in anxiety, sleep disorders, autism spectrum disorders and life transitions” in the statement. Lilienthal is currently the Only therapist working at the venue, which opened its doors on July 1.

Lilienthal offers “evidence-based” therapy services for individuals, couples and families. While Lilienthal “currently focuses on adults,” the release says it has plans to expand therapy services to children and adolescents in the future.

Cayuga Health Center at Ithaca Mall Opened in MarchIts large size has allowed the organization’s administrators to consolidate services into one location for easy access to patients.

Starting in July, patients will also be able to access to laboratory services at the Ithaca Mall, which includes blood work. There are three other offices on the same site: Cayuga Health Primary Care, Cardiology and Rheumatology.
