A KID bodybuilder who started competing when he was 16 is unrecognizable these days.
Martin Miller began lifting weights, working out, and dieting when he was just 12 years old.
He then started competing when he was 16 years old and participated in the sport until he was 20.
In 2018 he won the overall title in NPC Men’s Physique and qualified for the nationals, but stopped competing after that.
Martin said he was struggling to find “sustainable happiness and balance of life” while participating in competitions body-building.
Writing on his website, he said: “I realized that I couldn’t find a healthy balance between bodybuilding and my real life.
“I was tired of scheduling my happiness for my next show date.”
Martin now works as an online personal trainer and trainer, dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
He said: “My goal with Martin Miller Physique is to bring what I have learned the hard way to others and help guide them towards a holistically happy life.
“I am creating this website to help people get fitter, stronger, healthier and happier.
“My goal is to help anyone else who is stuck in a mindset similar to mine for so long.
“With 11 years of experience living this lifestyle, I’ve learned a lot from my successes and I’ve learned even more from my failures.”
While Martin may still be in top physical shape, he looks markedly different from when he was a teenager working out with weights.
He has an army of fans who can vouch for his strategy.
Manlio Muniz said: “I had lost muscle mass, but once I started training with Martin’s program and started using good nutrition, I saw results, man!
“Epic body fat and weight decreased while muscle mass increased.
“Martin’s show is amazing, bro!”
