Jaipur: Hospitals are facing difficulties in using the new software of Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme which is making the patient admission process difficult.
The Rajasthan State Health Assurance Agency (RSHAA) is currently busy rectifying the flaws to make the new software operational.
In the meantime, to ensure that patients are not deprived of treatment due to technical problems in the new software, RSHAA has asked hospitals to use the old software.
“Since we are facing some operational issues with the new software, we are working to make it operational. Until then, hospitals can use the old software. We have updated the old software with details and rates of new packages”, Suchi Tyagi, CEO of RSHAA.
Admissions for treatment under the Chiranjeevi health insurance plan and other treatment process is done through the software.
