Chris Hemsworth has shared a sweaty workout alongside his father Craig, 67, to mark Father’s Day in Australia.
The actor, 39, uploaded an Instagram clip of himself doing heavy lifting at the gym with his father on Sunday.
“Just had a really fun training session with my dad, thought I’d teach him a thing or two but turns out the old dog has a few tricks up his sleeve,” Chris wrote alongside the video.

The father-and-son duo’s workout included 12 bicep curls with heavy dumbbells.
Chris went on to show the pair doing ‘push-up claps’, completing 10 reps and a ‘farmer’s run’ for 10 metres.
The pair then moved on to the ‘medicine ball pass’, doing 10 reps, and the ‘front squat medicine ball pass’, completing another 10 reps.

Chris went on to show the pair doing ‘claps’, completing 10 reps and a ‘farmer’s run’ for 10 metres.
Chris wanted to praise his father, with whom he has trained in the gym since childhood.
“Some of my best memories from growing up are training with my dad,” he began, feeling nostalgic.
Chris went on to reveal that his father made an obstacle for him with a piece of wood during his childhood.
The pair then moved on to the ‘medicine ball pass’, doing 10 reps, and the ‘front squat medicine ball pass’, completing another 10 reps.
“I used to compete in the 110m hurdles, but I didn’t have enough space to train because we lived on top of a very steep hill,” he said.
“My dad built me a single wooden fence and I used the 50-foot driveway we had to practice over and over again.”
‘Just me and him until the sun went down having fun, laughing. I got 2 state medals with his help. Here we are 25 years after still laughing and getting excited.
Chris went on to reveal that his father made him an obstacle with a piece of wood during his childhood, which helped fuel his lifelong love of fitness.
He ended by wishing his dad a ‘Happy Father’s Day’.
It comes after Chris finished filming the Mad Max prequel Furiosa in Sydney last week.
The film features a small cameo from his father, who plays a post-apocalyptic bikie.
The Thor star has posted flashback photos of Craig with his siblings and mother Leonie Hemsworth (right) during what appeared to be a childhood camping trip.
Movie fans will be glad to see filming resume after production was shut down earlier this month after director George Miller came down with Covid-19.
Miller, 77, is understood to have tested positive and had to self-isolate at his home in Sydney.
Furiosa is a prequel to 2015’s Mad Max: Fury Road, with actress Anya Taylor-Joy as the main character.
Furiosa began production in Broken Hill in April, and scenes were also filmed in various locations in New South Wales.
