Cognizant expands its healthcare ties with Microsoft – ET HealthWorld


Bangalore: Competent has expanded its healthcare partnership with Microsoftto provide payers and healthcare providers easy access to technology solutions, claims management and provide better patient and member experiences.

Competent and Microsoft will work together to build an integration roadmap between Cognizant’s TriZetto healthcare products with Microsoft Cloud for healthcare. The companies will also collaborate to build and run Cognizant’s current and future healthcare SaaS solutions on Microsoft Azure, migrating new and existing customers from on-premises environments to optimized functions managed in the Microsoft cloud. It will also support technologies designed to bring new insights to payers, providers and consumers.

Cognizant’s TriZetto healthcare products are a portfolio of software solutions that help organizations improve revenue growth, drive administrative efficiencies, improve cost and quality of care, and enhance the member experience and patients. TriZetto’s business portfolio includes 347,000 healthcare providers, 8,000 healthcare payers and 2.6 billion annual transactions on its Facets and QNXT platform.
