How to make Cucumber Raita
Material
- thick curd one cup
- two green chilies
- cucumber 1
- cumin powder half tsp
- Green coriander leaves two spoons
- salt to taste
Raita Recipe
- To make Cucumber Raita, wash and clean it with water.
- Now peel off the skin of the whole cucumber and cut it from the middle and take out the seeds.
- Now grate the cucumber, or grind it lightly in a blender.
- Now put curd in a vessel and whisk it well.
- Now add salt and grated cucumber to the curd as per taste and mix well.
- Add finely chopped chillies and roasted cumin powder to it.
- Now cool the cucumber raita by keeping it in the fridge for about half an hour.
- Now garnish with green coriander and serve the raita cold.
