david beckham assured that her Thursday started on a positive note by attending a fitness class at Londonbut suggested he wasn’t too excited about the prospect of an early morning workout.
The former footballer has remained in excellent shape despite hanging up his boots in 2013, and his love of working out has resulted in a post-retirement partnership with global gym franchise F45 Training.
And he showed off a muscular pair of legs as he took a breather between sets during his latest visit to a local branch of the chain, which has 1,750 studios in 45 countries and prides itself on its “innovative, high-intensity workouts.”
Wearing black shorts under an off-white T-shirt, Beckham looked exhausted as he worked out alongside other F45 enthusiasts in a short Instagram video shared by the studio.
