What things cause acidity?

  • If you eat tea, coffee, soda, cold drinks, soft drinks, potato chips or salty snacks as the first drink or food on an empty stomach, then you may have a problem of acidity.
  • Apple is a very beneficial and healthy fruit. But if you consume it on an empty stomach then you may have to face many health problems. Such as burning sensation on the chest, stomach problems, problems related to urine, skin rash, severe itching, itching in the throat or mouth, etc.
  • Consumption of fruits on an empty stomach is prohibited in Ayurveda. Therefore, never consume fruits in the beginning of the day. If you want to take full advantage of eating fruits, then eat fruits in the break between breakfast and lunch. That is, around 11:30 or 12 o’clock. So that after one to one and a half hours you can have lunch.
  • Or the best time to eat fruits is evening snack time. That is, the time between lunch and dinner. Around 3:30 to 5 o’clock. So that then you can take dinner on time.
