Don’t eat these things while traveling to hill stations
1. Oily food items
Avoid eating oily food while traveling to hill stations. Because such food items are high in carbohydrates and fats, which create problems for your stomach and cause indigestion. You should avoid food items like aloo tikki, chips, pakoras, fries or fried chicken during your trip to hill station.

While traveling to hill stations, you should also refrain from eating food items related to meat, such as butter chicken, mutton rogan josh or chicken tikka masala etc. This is because meat and fish can take up to 2 days to digest completely.
