4. Stretch that part when the vein rises. When you do stretching, then the side where your muscle is stretched, it starts stretching in the opposite direction. Keep in mind that do not stretch too fast.
5. Vein on vein climbs only when there is a decrease in the amount of potassium in the body. In such a situation, you should eat bananas to get rid of the pain.
