Keeping muscles warm after exercise provides great relief. Taking a bath with hot water or applying a hot compress provides relief to the muscles. In fact, heat increases blood circulation due to which the muscles receive good oxygen as well as nutrients. Apart from this, heat also reduces muscle pain, thereby eliminating the problem of tension or tightness. Therefore, if your muscles are aching after exercise, apply a hot compress for 15 to 20 minutes or take a bath with hot water. This will provide immediate relief.

Therefore, after exercise, the body hydrates itself by drinking enough water according to its needs. Water reduces muscle pain and provides relief.
