DocPlix raises 5 cr to scale up R&D, preventive care services – ET HealthWorld


New Delhi: HealthTech start-up DocPlix has raised Rs 5 crore in its Pre-Series A round led by Eris Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. with the involvement of other angel investors, to increase research and development and expand its operations in West, South and Central India, notified Dr. Varun Garg, CEO of DocPlix.

As of February 2022, the company had raised Rs 1.2 crore in a seed round involving angel investors.
Docplix aims to facilitate the exchange of data between doctors and their patients through DocPlix Rx, a electronic medical records system for clinics and hospitals.

The company claims to have recruited more than 2,000 physicians so far and is considering onboarding 5,000 physicians through its Speech-to-Text EHR in the next ten months and will sell 5,000 licenses of its chatbot based on Panini medical algorithms.

Docplix conveyed that through its EHR system, under the department of preventive care, more than 1000 patients received complete care for diabetes, obesity and PCOS, in the last 12 months. The startup is looking to expand this segment to support more than 3,000 patients in the next 12 months.
