A video of a dog bonding with his human while exercising has recently gone viral. While many people have training partners, Kevin also has his own training partner: his cute pet Golden Retriever named Ellie. This adorable dog video will most likely have you smiling from ear to ear and brightening up the rest of your day.
The video opens to show Kevin doing some push-ups and his dog Ellie sitting on the couch making sure Kevin maintains proper form. Ellie,* the Golden Retriever, then proceeds to jump on Kevin’s back. Kevin continues to do his push-ups but with Ellie on top of him. Ellie’s human manages to do two push-ups. Was Ellie challenging Kevin or did she just want him to stop? She jumps off Kevin as he lies flat on the ground, leaving him split apart.
The Instagram video has been captioned, “Throwback in honor of Pat’s Run this weekend! This was so much easier when Ellie was a puppy”, remembering the old days, writes the owner of the Instagram page.

The video was published on April 22. Since then, the video has amassed over five million views and the numbers continue to rise. The adorable clip has also garnered plenty of reactions in the comments section.
