“Taking care of our mental health has never been more important than in today’s world and it is vital for all of us to be open and not afraid to speak up about our struggles and feel truly heard,” say the organizers.

“The Health and Wellness seminar will give us all the opportunity to help ourselves and hear the stories of our guest speakers so we can learn from their immense experience, both their professional and personal stories.”

Notable guest speakers at the seminar include Andy Moran, County Leitrim GAA Senior Manager and former Mayo footballer, who will speak on the importance of exercise on mental health; Frank Diamond, ALPS will discuss suicide prevention; Justin Campbell, former Galway pitcher, will speak on addiction to alcohol, drugs and gambling.
