There’s no denying that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is perhaps one of the most thuggish people on this planet.

“I need to go to the bathroom a lot. Not much, but probably a couple of times during a workout I have to go to the bathroom. So I break the bottle.”
Digging a little deeper, he said: “I pee in my water bottles, but let me give context to that.
“It’s not a water bottle that I bought solely for the water you wash and clean when you’re done using it.
“These are just bottles that I don’t use anymore and usually the gyms I train in don’t have a bathroom because they are iron heaven. It’s just hot, sweaty and dirty.”
Commenting online, one person seemed (understandably) dumbfounded by this.
“That was too much information… What the ‘facilities’ may not have a bathroom,” they said.

And that question? “What about Rock’s abs?”
He responded, “That’s so fucked up!”
“There’s nothing wrong with them, no. Here’s the thing. I think because on Instagram, all these Instagram fitness models have these amazing six, eight, 12, 24 pack stomachs.
“I have like a five-and-a-half pack, sometimes a four-and-a-half pack,” he explained.
He also revealed that he suffered a painful injury during a wrestling match that led to him needing surgery on his abdomen area.
He said: “But the problem was, a lot of people don’t know, I tore myself in a wrestling match, ripped my upper quadriceps out of my pelvis, it blew up, in a wrestling match.
“And then what it did was it caused a chain reaction and tore my abdomen wall, so I had to do emergency triple hernia surgery, one tear, one tear, one tear. So, they’re not like perfect abs.”
