Grind the liquorice in a fine manner. Warm a glass of equal water. Add half a teaspoon of liquorice to lukewarm water and drink it slowly. By drinking liquorice daily in this way, the infection from the throat will be completely eradicated.

Senior Ayurvedic doctor Hitesh Kaushik told that drinking liquorice tea is also beneficial for the throat. Put some liquorice cut in a cup of boiling water and put some ginger in it. After boiling, cool it a little and drink slowly.

liquorice decoction
Drinking a decoction of liquorice is also beneficial. Put a pinch of lentil sugar powder, black pepper powder, some basil leaves in water. Along with this, put one-fourth of the liquorice powder in it. Boil it for 5 minutes and drink it after adding a spoonful of honey, it gives great relief. It strengthens the immune system and drives away diseases.
