Because the digestive fire is very fast in the morning, in such a situation, when you consume these cold nature foods on an empty stomach, then there may be a problem of lowering blood pressure (BP) rapidly or else you may get very fast as soon as you consume them. You can feel sleepy, just as if you have taken some intoxicant. Therefore, do not consume these foods in the beginning of the day.

According to Ayurveda, the rule of eating curd

However, according to Ayurveda, white curd should not be consumed even with food. The trend we have of eating chapati with curd is with red curd. Because red curd is prepared from condensed milk. The milk which is prepared by cooking it in an earthen pot on the flame for 20 to 24 hours. After so much curd, when curd is prepared from this milk, it is more nutritious than white curd and eating it with chapati does not harm the body.
