What to eat during fasting?
1. Fruit
Fruits have been given special importance in many fasts. By consuming fruits, the energy of the devotees remains intact during the fast and they do not feel weak. Eating fruits also supplies essential nutrients to the body. Fruits not only work to increase energy, but also provide many benefits to health. You can eat apple, pomegranate, sweet lime, orange and banana during the fast. By eating these, your body will remain hydrated and your stomach will not feel empty.
2. Healthy Juice

4. Vegetables
