The company is building an advanced PHR application for users to monitor their health by digitizing medical records and monitoring vital health matters. Whereas, an advanced clinic management tool built for doctors gives them more power to scale their practice digitally.

In the first year of its launch, the Eka Car PHR app became India’s largest repository of health records and vitals with over 3 crore health records, 16 lakh ABHAs and over 10,000 doctors using the platform.

Anyone can create their own health profile by storing medical records like prescriptions, lab reports and scans, immunizations and developmental milestones for children, heart rate trends, blood sugar information and much more on the Eka Care app. All health records can be easily linked to your Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA), a Government of India initiative, a unique health identity (like Aadhaar) that enables rapid access and sharing of health records digitally.

“We’ve seen a huge amount of traction with our consent-based feature, Gmail Sync. As the name suggests, users can link their Gmail account to our app to import health records sent to their Gmail privately and securely. Our ML engine extracts relevant medical records from a person’s Gmail account, stores and organizes them into the Eka app. Additionally, our system provides individual trends of an individual’s biomarkers in a graphical format. This makes it easy for them to visualize and track their health parameters over time.
