After work, around five in the afternoon, the Sydney native is back in fitness mode.
“I like to go out and do something physical,” he said. “Today I’m going for a quick bike ride with Cy, but one of my favorite hobbies is Strala Yoga or vinyasa flow. I love the natural movement of it; it is a great connector of the breath and the body”.
In addition to his regular workouts, Macpherson also enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, and water skiing. “Right now, I really like boxing or taking spin classes with my friends,” she added.
