Even billionaire Elon Musk, 51, has to work hard to keep in good shape. “The older I get, the harder [it is] a stay slimthat’s for sure,” he shares on “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast (via CNBC). Sounds familiar?

You’ve probably seen this celebrity in the news recently for a couple of reasons. For one, Reuters reports that “the richest man in the world” debuted a perfume called “Burnt Hair.” Apparently, 10,000 bottles of the product were sold, raising a million dollars in just a few hours. Leave it up to Elon Musk! The now “perfume salesman” tweeted: “With a name like mine, getting into the fragrance business was inevitable. Why did I fight against it for so long!?” He also dubbed “Burnt Hair” “The Finest Fragrance on Earth!”

In other news, Musk is curious about Wegovy, a diabetes injection used as a form of weight management for adults battling obesity and type 2 diabetes, according to the New York Post. Musk responded to a fan’s tweet asking, “What’s your secret? You look amazing, fit, ripped and healthy,” with “Wegovy” and “Fasting.”

He also spends time lifting weights. Musk honestly says, “To be totally blunt, I wouldn’t exercise at all if I could. I’d rather not exercise” (via CNBC).

As for Elon Musk’s diet, he realizes the benefits of maintaining a good weight, and that includes a healthy immune system. He admits, “I’d rather eat tasty food and live a shorter life” (via CNBC).

This powerhouse reportedly sleeps 6 to 6.5 hours each night, admitting, “Sleep is really great. I think if I don’t get enough sleep, I’m pretty cranky. There is a healthy habit that this co-founder of PayPal applies regularly. He doesn’t eat or drink alcohol two to three hours before going to bed, noting in “The Joe Rogan Experience,” “Eating before bed is a very bad idea and actually negatively affects your sleep.” He adds, “Your quality of sleep will improve and your overall health will improve a lot. It’s a big deal” (via CNBC).

There are two things that Elon Musk does first thing in the morning that he feels have a negative impact on his overall well-being, and he’d like to eliminate both. He reveals in an interview with the Full Send Podcast: “I have a bad habit, which I suspect a lot of people have, of checking my phone right away. [in the morning]. It’s actually a terrible habit,” according to CNBC do it.

Bad (but so common) habit #2? Musk deals with emails for half an hour after waking up. He’s ready to up his wellness game, saying on the Full Send podcast, “I [need] exercise and get in better shape.” He adds, “I’m going to switch from looking at my phone immediately as soon as I wake up to exercising for at least 20 minutes, then I’ll look at my phone. “
