They do not believe that they have any problem. This disease mainly involves the first part of the brain i.e. the front lobe and the middle part. Chemical changes keep happening in both these parts which make the person sick. In this disease, the level of dopamine in the mid brain increases while its quantity decreases in the forebrain.

3.In disorganized symptoms, there is no purpose to the patient’s actions. He keeps doing one thing continuously. Such patients do not get noticed even after doing daily activities like brushing and bathing. They open their clothes anywhere in front of anyone. Such patients can pass urine anywhere in the house.
