Opening: Usain Bolt has spoken candidly about building mental health resilience, while joking that his three children “have a long way to go” before they realize their father’s global fame.

‘For me, I’ve always worked hard. As long as you work hard, you don’t have to worry about a thing. If you don’t win, you go back to your coach and find out what you did wrong, work on that and try again.’

Although he is known worldwide as the fastest man alive, he joked that his brood of three won’t notice his successes for a while.

He said: ‘They are young. My daughter is only two years old and my sons are one, so they have a long way to go before they know or understand who their father is.

Usain previously revealed that he was interested in collaborating with artists in the UK and had already approached a number of them, after releasing his first Country Yutes LP last September.

He has now admitted that he tried to sing once before realizing he “wasn’t good enough” and would be better suited as a DJ.

Usain said: ‘I’m a producer, I can’t sing. I have learned it from the beginning. I tried it once and didn’t feel like it was good enough. You know what I mean? I knew my limitations, so I produce music.’

An eager Tom, who teamed up with Calvin Harris on By Your Side in 2021, soon chimed in: “I’ll jump on a track with him though.”

Usain replied: ‘Yeah, next year when I’m working on an album.’

The Little Bit Of Love hitmaker later revealed that he would be ‘100 percent’ willing to fly to Usain’s studio in Jamaica.

Tom was the victim of an unprovoked attack in April that left him with a “ruptured eardrum” when he was mugged after a concert in New York.

Meanwhile, Mo Farah said about being a role model for young people, “I think it’s very good because, like me, if I didn’t have the right support and the right people to guide me, I don’t know if I would have gotten far in life. .

‘So it’s very important to us to give back to the community, to go back to charity and change people’s lives because we can.

Regarding Football Aid, he added: ‘For us, it’s not much. It’s one day a year where we bring together all the celebrities to raise as much money as possible. If everyone gets involved, we can change lives, especially those of children.’

Scheduled for Sunday June 12 at London Stadium, the match aims to raise money for the charity UNICEF, which helps the world’s most disadvantaged kids.

The event has raised over £60m since its initial start in 2006, with the 2021 match raising a record £13m.

Money raised from this year’s game could help UNICEF provide vaccines, fight malnutrition and provide safe spaces to protect children in times of crisis, helping them return to the childhood they are entitled to.
