A prominent fitness trainer has revealed her favorite KFC order for under 400 calories, and all she has to do to replicate it is skip one condiment from her order.
Mom of four Sophie Guidolin, 33, from Golden CoastHe said he orders a Zinger burger without the mayonnaise, cutting the 408-calorie dish down to 380.

KFC’s $6.45 Spicy Burger typically includes chicken breast fillet topped with Zinger flavor, lettuce and mayonnaise.
Sophie endorses ‘flex dieting’ in her own life, as well as her fitness plans for others, rather than a strict and consistent approach.
The fitness coach said endorsing a flexible diet “really changed” her life, and now she incorporates it into fitness plans she designs for others.

Her followers loved the takeout hack and have been asking for more tips on ordering from their favorite restaurants.
Fans loved the tip and immediately asked for more tips on how to prepare a takeout meal and make it healthy, requesting orders from Subway, Nando’s, McDonald’s, Guzman and Gomez and sushi.
However, not everyone was impressed with the fact that Sophie took the mayonnaise out of their order.
“I’d rather eat plaster walls, thanks,” said one man.
However, another woman said she “always” orders the burger without mayonnaise and then adds her own mayonnaise and siracha at home.

Trainer Bec Hardgrave used the very popular $14 Tegel Takeouts Louisiana-Style Chicken Burger. He added a piece of the burger to a mini white wrap with shredded lettuce and homemade supercharged sauce.
To make the 223-calorie ‘unreal’ fake, first cook the Tegel’s chicken in the air fryer, then mix together 15 grams of light mayonnaise and 5 grams of chili sauce and add to a white mini wrap.
Then add lettuce, cut the cooked chicken into strips and put 70 grams in the wrap. Fold and enjoy.
The original Supercharged Slider is $2.95 and contains supercharged tender chicken, lettuce, and sauce wrapped in a hot flatbread. The product has 269 calories.
The KFC dish also comes with barbecue flavor and pepper mayonnaise.
The burgers are $14 for 600 grams, but they are almost impossible to find in Woolworths stores or online.
“If you’re already eating these steaks at Woolworths that taste exactly like KFC, then I’ve got another fake menu item for you,” the health coach said.
Bec previously said that the burgers “taste like KFC, but better,” rating the product 20/10.
Tegel Takeouts’ Louisiana-Style Chicken Burgers have become a cult favorite since it was exposed as a KFC dupe chicken, and the The $14 New Zealand product is now so popular that it’s completely sold out online and at many Woolworths.
Bec’s fans were eager to try the dish but frustrated by the lack of availability of the burger.
‘These burgers are hard to find! Sold out in North Melbourne,” said one woman.
The empanadas are incredible. However, everyone is interested in them and with them at half price last week, they are very hard to find,” commented one man.
“My husband and I have been trying for the last 4 weeks to get these at our location and they are out of stock or out of stock,” said a frustrated woman.
However, buyers who have been able to find the burgers have been very impressed.
‘I had the burgers tonight! It tasted exactly like KFC’, said one woman.
