FUJIFILM India launches service and support mobile app – ET HealthWorld


New Delhi: FUJIFILM Spain has introduced its advanced mobile application called ‘FUJIFILM connection‘, which offers a comprehensive solution for healthcare professionals to effectively manage service and support for their medical diagnostic devices. It provides real-time push notifications to keep users informed and up-to-date.

With ‘FUJIFILM Connect’, healthcare providers now have a unified platform that simplifies the process of creating and tracking service requests, along with efficient technical support at their fingertips. Users can conveniently generate service request tickets for their existing Fujifilm medical devices and also explore new products. The app is available for download on both the Apple Store and the Google Play Store.

In addition, the app allows users to view the current status of their contracts in real time, promoting transparency and ensuring timely maintenance services for medical products. In the future, the app will also include a selection of endoscopy products, the company said.
