Hysteria or conversion disorder is a type of mental disorder, which can have symptoms like trembling, dizziness, breathing problems or tightness in the mouth. This disease is a type of psychoneurosis and is not based on any organic or structural pathology. This disease also occurs in men but due to different symptoms it cannot be linked with hysteria of women. When its attack comes in women, then their hands and legs get stiff, the shape of the face changes due to which they start shouting and muttering something to themselves.

What does the holistic concept say?

According to the holistic concepts, hysteria patients need a complete nutritious diet. A diet rich in Vitamin-C should be consumed. Fruits like grapes, orange, pineapple and papaya should be eaten more. If hysteria attacks are coming again and again, then go on a dairy diet for a month.
