Y kate hudson revealed that she gets her passion for fitness from her young mother when she shared a video of 74-year-old Goldie Hawn working out.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, the 43-year-old actress reposted a video of her mother as she wrote, ‘Getting cuter…?! I can’t #momknowsbest #mindupmonday.’

Goldie looked amazing in the video as she showed off her toned figure in a skintight black bodysuit.
Showing off her fitness levels, she performed some yoga moves and bounced on a mini trampoline while showing off her fun side by using wine bottles as weights.
The mother-of-three was demonstrating the benefits of exercise to her 3.4 million Instagram followers, noting that “physical exercise can help improve our mood, focus and also help us achieve a positive outlook on life.” .

Goldie and Kate have always had a very close relationship and in a recent interview with E! News, Kate revealed that she doesn’t want to outgrow her mother’s acting career.
“Contrary to what I guess it seems from the outside, to me, our family is much more focused on emulating who we are as people,” she explained.
‘You can’t emulate mom’s career. She is original. She is an icon. She is a different generation.

Goldie shares Kate and her son Oliver, 46, with her second husband, Bill Hudson, and her son Wyatt, 36, with her longtime partner, Kurt Russell.
