On Friday, however, the physical motivation for Gul fans came from someone else: the director of Gul’s latest film, 420 IPC, Manish Gupta.
Manish took to his Instagram profile to share a short video of Gul working out on the movie sets and is setting the bar higher for us to conquer. In the video, Gul can be seen doing push-ups on the set floor. However, what caught her attention was the fact that she was dressed in the role of Pooja, the character she played in the movie. Dressed in a sari and wearing an ethnic look in a bindi, Gul can be seen repeatedly doing push-ups and mastering the exercise routine to perfection. Written and directed by Manish Gupta, 420 IPC launched on the Zee5 streaming platform on December 17 last year.

“Gul Panag does push-ups in a sari on 420 IPC sets,” Manish wrote in the caption. Gul shared the IGTV video on his Instagram stories.
