- Get plenty of rest, as it will give your body the energy to fight infection.
- Keep hydrated
- Eat a healthy diet: eat foods rich in vitamins and minerals, protein.
- Avoid processed and sugary items, as these could weaken the immune system.
- Avoid exerting yourself as fatigue can further exacerbate symptoms.
- Maintain good hand hygiene, keep washing your hands
