Ventrone, nicknamed ‘The Marine’ for his demanding training regimens, joined Spurs last year alongside antonio conte and was a popular member of the coaching organization.
He fell ill Thursday morning and died in a Naples hospital. Kane has reacted to Ventrone’s death with an emotional post on Twitter.
‘A truly extraordinary man. I am devastated by the passing of our coach Gian Piero. My love and strength goes out to his family right now,” Kane tweeted alongside a photo of himself with Ventrone.

Heung-min Son added his own tribute to Ventrone on Instagram.
